It was raining, the lighting was edgy, my outfit was wet (which is a synonym for “cool” that trendy kids use nowadays). (Eg, “That look was SOOOO wet.”)

New office means I have to start dressing up. (Meaning I have to wear pants and a collared shirt).
These neon-white stretch jeans were quite popular in the office. But I shouldn’t have worn them in the rain…they get dirty very easily. :(
