Wait, so you (both) chug down 5 whey protein shakes (plus additives I image) a day AND say three meals on top of it???

My target is 400g protein per day, and the shakes really help that.

Unless I get too busy, I have four shakes a day:

  1. Morning super shake
  2. One-hour before gym 50g protein shake
  3. Immediately after gym 2,200cal gainer shake
  4. One-hour before bed 780cal gainer shake
If I’m feeling small or hungry, I usually have a gainer shake with dinner for extra credit.
All of this is in addition to eating a meal every two hours.
