We only started working together last week, but I can already tell it’s just what I needed. My discipline and form have grown relaxed and I’ve stopped challenging myself…but James has no problem pushing me.
He’s already given me the best arm workout in years, and an incredible body-weight leg workout that I am *still* sore from three days later.
