- Warm up with Bench Press at 135lbs for 15reps
- Bench Press: 4 sets of 6-8 reps at 225-315lbs
- Decline/Incline Bench Press: 4s/6r/255lbs
- Pec Deck: 4s/6r/260lbs
- Dips: 4s/6r/body weight (or more, if you can)
